Of the 3 layers that Mantle uses, I think the Data Availability layer will be the one to benefit Ethereum the most

You can't have one layer without the other. They're all equally important. But what I mean by what I said in the title is that Ethereum suffers the most when it comes to data availabilityThe way that Ethereum is designed makes it that every single piece of data/transaction is has to be "stored" and available for everyone at all times. This takes up MASSIVE amounts of space and requires tons of energy to maintain. What's even worse is that 99% of this data is never used or checked on again ever. But now that Mantle rolled out the three modularly operated layers (execution, finality, data availability), this will no longer be an issue.Mantle will be able to store the data offchain and present the data whenever it is actually needed, taking away A MASSIVE load off of Ethereum's back and making the entire chain more smooth and streamlined.Mantle isn't the first and won't be the last to implement such a concept, however, it will be the first to implement EigenLayer into the equation making everything a lot more secure. The main issue with data availability layers has always been security, so Mantle would actually look a lot more distinguished with EigenLayer at play via /r/0xMantle https://ift.tt/f9AkTRi
