having issues with HeraHRT’s Bitcart

I’ve tried twice now to buy enanthate via Hera HRT and both times bitcart didn’t process the payment and left me clean out of $70. I tried using both ethereum on coinbase and monero on kraken and neither seemed to register. I haven’t tried paying in Litecoin yet but im worried the same thing will happen then i’ll just be down $210 for nothing. has anyone else had this problem and were you able to do anything about it ? via /r/TransDIY https://ift.tt/1KpMNuq
