Sometimes when I'm bored, I respond to random wrong numbers to see what kind of scam they are attempting to pull. Today's wrong number was a task scam. And before you reply to me that I shouldn't respond at all, as my number gets put on a list, people reaching out to me randomly does not bother me. Everyone have a great day. I get a random text on telegram… Her - Good day! how’s everything going? Minute? Got a minute?Me - Where are you from? Do I know you?Her - Thank you for your reply. I'm Zoey , nice to meet you! I hope everything is going well for you. I have a project I'd like to discuss. Can I send you the details?Me - What kind of project? I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to random strangers contacting me over the Internet. Her - We are seeking individuals to assist in promoting our YouTube channels. Earn between $5 and $30 for each task you complete Your task is simple: subscribe to a YouTube channel chosen by our client and send a screenshot as proof. You can earn between $300 and $680 a day. Would you like me to explain how it works?Me - I’m pretty busy with all of the videos I watch randomly. I’m wondering how much I could earn if I subscribe to just one or two channels per day? I would even drop good comments on them?Wouldn’t it be nice if you could get five to $10 for each YouTube channel you subscribe to? By the way, they need me to have some type of digital wallet for them to pay me US DT, Ethereum, or bitcoin to.How would they scam me on this? I got bored and stopped dialogue with them. Cheers. via /r/Scams https://ift.tt/VqctaDI
