Time limit before posting duplicate content or repeated topic on this sub

Removing duplicate content and repeated topics helps keep this sub clean and spam-free. We can understand the importance of these two rules, but we need a proper "timeframe" before we should post "duplicate content" or "repeated topic" again on this sub.For instance, you can post some evergreen (LEGACY) articles every six months. One example is "Vitalik's first article or whitepaper on Ethereum." Maybe moderators can completely forbid duplicate content "forever."However, when it comes to "repeated topics," it's possible to post some of them after a few days, either with the same topic but different sources, or with a slight alteration in the information. Maybe without any change.Example:Three days ago, someone posted news about "American Crypto Advocacy," reaching 1 million supporters.Today, another user posted the same story, but with a different link.My questions are: how long can we restrict ourselves from posting the same topic but with different links? How long can we prevent ourselves from republishing the same article on this sub, regardless of its permissibility? This is critical because removing some members' posts results in them paying the Pay2Post fee. This will clarify the rule and provide a clear guideline.BRONUT ALERT: If any of you see a duplicate post or repeated topic, it's better to avoid tipping because those tips won't materialize as upvotes. Those posts and comments will be gone forever! via /r/ethtrader https://ift.tt/GQL0OxN
