AMP hovering near all time lows, question for team for the upcoming meetup

AMP is near all time lows and lot of people are down big and hurting. I am hoping these can be addressed by the team at the next meetup.1. Is the DEV team selling at these low prices? What's with the constant sell pressure?2. The much discussed constant buy pressure when the switch is flipped on, is that the best approach? The tokens are bought in open market and distributed to the stakers. The stakers then sell it in open market, creating constant sell pressure. What's the net positive here. Instead a portion of the fees should go to burning the tokens from the supply, reducing supply over time and making it more valuable over time, kinda like the ETHEREUM approach.3.
