First Time Planning to Have a Vanlife

Financially tight, in my 30's and haven't learned to drive because being the youngest of 9, I get leftover support with relatives who care less where I go. I don't know where or how to start a successful nomadic van life, I still have no clue what to do in regards to mailing and money. Any advice, knowledge, personal experiences welcomed.
